KOTR Service
King of the Road will be doing only warranty repairs at the York Nebraska facility. Non-warranty repairs will be referred to a network of service facilities throughout the country. It is hoped that this will offer greater convenience to KOTR owners. Here's how to deal with major repairs:
Warranty Repairs: Contact your King of the Road dealer or call the King of the Road factory in York, NE. (1-866-400-9840). They will direct a return to York or help make appropriate arrangements to find the most convenient and capable location to facilitate needed repair.
Non-Warranty Repairs: Contact a local King of the Road dealer or call King of the road in York, NE (1-866-400-9840). They will make every effort to help you find a capable and conveniently located repair facility.
KOTR Parts
King of the Road will not be in the business of supplying parts direct to owners. However, owners will still have full access to parts. Here's how it will work:
Warranty Parts: Call King of the Road in York, NE. (1-866-400-9840). They will arrange for parts to be sent direct to the owner, a dealer or to a repair facility.
Non-Warranty Parts: Call Eagle Crest Homes in Grand Island, NE (1-800-792-4539) or any "local" King of the Road dealer. Eagle Crest Homes has access to all the information and blueprints on KOTR rigs that Jack Anspach and the Russell, KS facility had. They can ship parts direct to the owner or to any RV dealer or repair facility.
